Dear Mr. Trump,

I am a victim of the TRB Products fraud promotion with the products you have been promoting.

I have seen you along with numerous celebrities promoting the Trump Gold Coins, Trump Platinum Coins,

Trump Gold Badges, Trump Diamonds and other, what turns out to be worthless items.

I am a 79-year retiree with an invalid wife, and we have accumulated excessive hospital, doctor, prescription and other medical bills that have drained our retirement accounts leaving us to live on our social security monthly checks.

After viewing the videos of you and your celebrity friends telling how they were able to make millions off your TRB products I decided that if all the famous people, and you, say they made money I would try also.

I saw this as a way to eliminate all the various medical bills that have accrued over the last five years.  

It started out when I bought your Trump Gold Coins.  I invested $2,790.00 for 30 Trump Gold Coins plus five free for a total thirty-five coins.

But then everything went crazy when I talked with your employees at TRB Products.

I was told in order for me to cash-out my account I needed to buy a Trump Tax Confirmation Card for $4,999.00. Then I was told I would need the Trump TRB RA Card3 for $4,999.00 to be able cash-out my account.

I then needed to buy a BOFT Gold Certificate for $999.00. This turns out to be a Certificate of Ownership.

When I complained about all of these items and the cost I was told not to worry because the cash-out on my account was well over a million dollars.

Why I needed a Trump Stamp I do not know, but again I was told it was a part of the cash-out process. I paid $1,199.  I was told I needed to pay for the stamp in crypto currency. I never received it. That should have been the first clue that you were defrauding Patriots and Trump Supporters.

I was also asked to pay, in crypto currency, another $2,000.00 for product or fees. That was my second clue that your TRB Products associates were defrauding me.

So, I have over $14,000.00 in Donald Trump TRB Products that are worthless.  I have been defrauded out of another $4,000.00 for product and fees.  All total I have lost over $18,000.00 and no one in your organization could not care less.

I have saved every conversation I have had with your Trump TRB Products employees.  The total pages are approximately 1,000. These pages include the conversations I had with Kellyanne Conway and Betsy DeVos and seven other Trump TRB Products associates.

These documents will explain everything, and more, of what I just told you in the letter.

I cannot afford to lose over $18,000.00. I used all my savings and maxed out my credit cards thinking this was an honest promotion with Trump TRB Products.

You are an extraordinarily rich man. You can afford to lose $18,000.00 but I live on $2,700.00 per month on Social Security.  I cannot afford to lose that much.

A company named CopeCart acts as the seller of your Trump TRB Products.  When I tried to get refunds totaling over $13,000.00 they said they could not refund the products. Here is their reply:

I've checked your request and woefully, there is no possibility of a refund from our side since the refund time with CopeCart ended, but you can contact the vendor directly and ask him to return these items and get the refund. The email address of the vendor is logindooel@gmail.com

Please contact them via email and include CopeCart at the address help@copecart.com so that we may follow up on their response. If a response is not received within three business days, we will proceed to escalate the matter in order to determine the best course of action for this particular case.

Don't forget to include your order or transaction ID so they can easily find your order.

I sent them an email at the address given but got no response. 

I will be posting this letter on every social media platform and any other way to tell everyone I can that this is a scam, fraud or swindle. The Trump TRB Products promotion only operates to defraud your supporters and American Patriots out of the hard-earned money.
